Cute Monster to go :-)

i always thought of a monsterbag and now finally i got one :-)
Bought the fabric and fur at the anual "Holländischer Stoffmarkt" and used an old pattern which i altered quite a bit.
I wanted the monster to look different from time to time so its eyes are buttons which can be re- arranged. Love the look!!

I am realy proud of the cellphonebag, the zipper and the other details inside the monster.

The only tiny little problem is the fur.. its like all over the house after sewing and cutting it...

Schlupp - a little robot marionette

Es gibt ein wunderschönes Buch von der Augsburger Puppenkiste "Puppen bauen mit der Augsburger Puppenkiste, m. DVD-Video 'Don Blech und der goldene Junker' "in dem erklärt wird, wie man z.B. mit Kindern beliebte Figuren nachbauen kann. Im Sommer habe ich einen Schlupp gebaut, dessen Bild ich beim aufräumen heute gefunden habe.

There is a very good book about the German marionette theater "Augsburger Puppenkiste" and how to build your own little marionette. Thats what i did during the summer and i just found the image to share with you.
